To find the products that you need, you can through our catalog to discover to explore what we offer.

To place an order, fill the details required concerning your address and payment method, then click on Save.

To find a specific product, you can use the search bar at the top of the website and type the name of the product that you are looking for.

After placing an order on Hayakm.com, you will receive regular updates about the status of your order via SMS. When the order leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you, you have also the possibility to track its status by entering into your account.

Payment

Payment options could fail due to the following reasons:
  • You accidentally entered incorrect credit/debit card details like name on the card, card number, CVV, and expiry date.
  • The card details you provided are no longer valid or need to be updated.
  • Your bank is going through an outage.
  • You accidentally closed/refreshed the page or pressed backspace while the transaction was being processed by your bank.
  • The connection between Hayakm and your Bank failed due to some technical issues and the transaction could not be completed.
  • Your card may be blocked for online transactions.
If you still have troubleshooting completing the transaction, we recommend you to contact your bank.

Delivery

At Hayakm.com, we never deliver any open packages. In case the package you receive is open, please refuse to accept the package. If you have accepted an open package by mistake, we suggest you to contact our Customer Support Team immediately at +974-4477-1228 or write to us at cs@hayakm.com

Hayakm aims to provide the fastest delivery across all areas in Qatar. At the moment we only ship locally within Qatar. We may, however, arrange for International deliveries in future.

Our courier partner will always make more than one attempt to deliver a shipment. After two attempts, the package will be returned to us. If you'd still like to purchase the items in that shipment that's been returned to us as undeliverable you'll need to place a new order.

When the order is shipped, you'll receive an email notification with your tracking information and an estimated on how much time will it take for your order to be delivered. Delivery estimates are calculated by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the transit time (the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities/warehouse to your destination address). The transit time is calculated using business days, meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time (unless we've specifically offered a weekend delivery during checkout). Holidays are also taken into account when calculating the transit time. If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order. In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping, because multiple units may not be available at the same location.

If you want to send the defected product for repair, you can either visit the Repair Service Providers or contact our Customer Support Team to help return the defected product.

In case you have received by mistake items that you did not order, you can return request them back to Hayakm.com You will receive a 100% refund on the items plus the shipping fees.
You have 3 days to make a return request after your order has been delivered.
